They had a nice play with Olsen down the middle but couldn't convert. The Saints lost their safety so Car will need more of that with Smith out. Attack the middle of the field and Cam needs to make decisions to run sooner. Him sitting in the pocket without his WR does him no good.

That may be easier now that vaccoro is out, they think he broke his ankle

We win and we get 5th seed. This is big. Saints vs Seattle and we would get Carolina who I think we can beat.

Who benefits the 9ers the most? Carolina win or a Saints win?

I would rather rest our starters and go into full playoff mode if the Cardinals lose today.

There is no guarantee like smack said that Carolina and especially the Saints who aren't great on the road win their playoff match so we could go to Seattle anyways if we have the 5th seed.

I really wanted the Saints to win today. I don't think Carolina is likely to beat Seattle, but I think they have a shot. The way the Saints are playing on the road these days, I'm not confident they can even get out of the wild card round. If they have to play in Philly or GB, I think they probably lose.

I'm fine with Carolina winning because I would rather play them in Carolina than the Saints in New Orleans.

Though I wouldn't have minded Carolina matching up with Seattle in the Divisional Round because they would at least beat them up a little bit going into the NFC Championship game.

But as far as Seattle goes odds are we're likely going to have to play them and you know I want to go into their house and take it from them. Seattle isn't going anywhere so we've got to figure out something that works and start winning up there.

So Seattle losing takes resting starters out of the equation.

Now you have to go all out the next two weeks to win games.

Best case scenario to me is Seattle and Carolina losing next week and us winning our last 2 which I believe would give us the 1st seed.

Yeah I was going to say I think we still have a chance at the 1 seed which would be absolutely huge and I think our team would be pumped for that.

Very true but they look good at home.

They once had a pretty big home losing streak that just ended earlier this year.

The Bears just aren't that good. I would much rather play Dallas or Bears but if its between the Eagles or Packers I will go with Eagles all day.

Yes eagles over Packs. I agree I don't want to see Packers in the playoffs and defiantly not at their place.

Eagles, Cowboys, or Bears would all be great match ups for us that do not worry me at all.

The Packers would have me worried a little bit, I would prefer for them not to get in
