Generally agree with your picks maniax, but I would resign Costanzo instead of Grant, let Reggie Smith walk, resign Adam Snyder as depth, offer Justin Peelle an opportunity to battle it out with Byham for the blocking TE position, and possibly resign Morgan if he'd be willing to come back cheap (or if Braylon leaves).

That being said, Rogers would be my #1 target with the possibility of tagging him if negotiations broke down.
