How about Joe Juneau 102 points as a rookie 85 second year then never higher than 64 the rest of his career.

He stayed as a pretty solid player for a while though rather than just dropping off the face of the Earth like some of these other guys.

That and he's a freakin' rocket scientist, so he's got that going for him too :)

I might be ready to add Marc Edouard-Vlasic to the list. He looked great his rookie year. Thought he would only get better. He hasn't completely fallen off the map but it seems he has been regressing slowly each year.

Probably even hardcore San Jose fans don't remember Alexei Yegorov.

He was a late call up from AHL in 1996. Scored 3 goals in his very second game in NHL against Calgary. His only NHL goals.

Never really made it to NHL, spent few years in AHL and IHL, returned to play in Russia where he died from drug overdose at 27.

So much talent, so little brain.

Looking like we may have to add Derek Brassard to this list.

How about CheeChoo? I don't remember if he lit it up as a rookie, but he fell off a cliff there.
