The DC basically said at the end of last year that he needed to be a better pro off the field. Translation = He doesn't work hard.

The only way the Bengals are going to give up on someone that soon is if they are not doing what they need to do. Margus Hunt can't play worth squat, yet is still around because (while he sucks) he does work hard.

I think they'll likely try to get him on the PS and see if this is enough of a wake up call. It probably won't help, but worth a shot if he really has the talent.

Well, if getting cut a year after getting drafted in the 3rd round, and then not getting claimed by ANY TEAM on waivers doesn't work, then...yeah.

I'm actually not sure it's in his best interests to sign with the Bengals for the PS...... Given the way this team operates, it's virtually impossible to get cut as such a high round draft pick. Lord knows we're generally patient. I figure the coaches really don't like the dude, and from what Lap said (guy was chronically late to meetings and didn't give effort), I can't say I blame them. He probably needs a fresh start somewhere else.
