Hope this is something baseball figures out. There are some kids at my church who only within the past year gotten into baseball. All three of them have already dealt with arm pain from pitching. Now I know that mechanics isn't a thing that is taught well at this age (pre-teens but still in double digits in age) and there is some "newness" to pitching that may cause soreness. But I still find it concerning that leagues at the age could already be putting strain on pitching arms. These kids are already trying to throw their hardest because they see their favorite big leaguers hitting 98, 99, 100 MPN on the radar. They want to do that too.
