May 9 Locke vs. Gee
May 10 Rodriguez vs. Marcum
May 11 Liriano vs Niese
May 12 Gomez vs Harvey

Let's be honest, May 12 is looking grim. The other 3 are pretty even with a slight lean to the Buccos.

Let's go Bucs! :yahoo:

That was among the slowest moving walkoff hits I have ever seen.

All I got was Pens coverage. Saw Cutch get robbed and the walkoff though on Baseball Tonight. Ouch.

Nice to see Pedro have a good game at the dish, though. And Locke looked good again. We could really use Walker's bat back.

Alvarez comes through, but Tabata gets thrown out at third. I thought he would get there easy, but Byrd came up very quickly with that ball and delivered a nearly perfect throw.

And Fort with the double!

It would be nice if McDonald would actually get a hit here.

And McDonald gets hit.

We might see the bullpen early whether we cash in here or not.

Man, Wandy kind of smoked that. Marcum got a piece to save the hit, but the run scores, and now Marte is up.

Wandy had to work for that zero, but the two hits were really quite soft, and they both came after what should have been a called strike three. He looks strong so far today.

Barmes with the hit and the Pirates strike first. 1-0.

If I'm Hurdle, I tell my pitcher to take with the bases loaded and one out and let the National League hits leader take care of business with two outs. Who knows, maybe he'll get walked. But that double play is exactly why I would have given Liriano the red light the whole at bat.

That ball off the bat of Byrd gave a little scare, but six outs, four of them strikeouts, and a fairly efficient 24 pitches so far for Liriano.

Liriano looks pretty sharp through 3, and how about Tabata hitting that bomb to the deep part of an already large outfield at Citi field! Hope Francisco can keep it rolling.

Looking good so far. Nice to see Tabata and Mercer hit HR's.

On a side note the Hanrahan deal looks good right about now.
