No kidding. He's been fantastic since his call-up, and he looks to be in complete control tonight, as well.

Hopefully Liriano keeps getting stronger with his start tonight. Having him pitch well for the stretch run would be huge.

Interesting notes on Liriano. More zip on all his pitches since coming off the DL, and they're moving more, too. The slider in particular has been generating more swings and less contact. Perhaps his struggles were injury related?

Polanco and Walker with hard hit balls, too. That's a nice sign.
