Donald and Deacon at 3 are no brainers. Especially Deacon, he was better than Bruce and might have been looked at better than Reggie had sacks been a stat.

I guess I'd go Brooks and Deion after that. Or LT and Woodson.

PS: No love for Alan Page? He was at the very least better than Sapp and probably better than Merlin. Only one of two defensive players to win league MVP.

I could easily be happy with Aaron Donald and JJ Watt for $5 leaving me $7. But at that point I'd probably go off the board and see if I wascallowed Ed Reed for $3 and Derrick Thomas for $4, both of which would I feel be in line with the intent of an all time team.

If we're just talking prime, Sapp and Brooks at $1 a piece is a value because we've seen them together on an all-time defense. That gives me Deion Sanders and Reggie White, too. That's my squad.

Assuming these guys are all in their prime or best years:

Donald, Watt, Lewis, Woodson (Rod).

Arguably best DT in NFL history, arguably one of the best DEs in NFL history, best ILB in NFL history, and arguably best cornerback in NFL history. LT would be banned on his first piss test these days... so yah, that's a no. And all the guys I picked still have the size/athleticism to stack up in today's NFL.

Donald, White, Brooks, Lott would be the other scenario if I had to list a second. Donald/White would allow Brooks to dominate as a cover 2 linebacker (best in NFL history) and Lott of course is a monster... but not sure it holds up athletically as my first selection.

Only problem is today LT would piss fail due to substance abuse after week 1 lol.

I'd love if I could do Cortez Kennedy ($1), Aaron Donald ($3), Reggie White ($5) and Ray Lewis ($3) though... Jesus you could put my pasty white slow ass at cornerback and I could probably get an interception in an NFL game

I have never seen anyone dominate and take over games at his position like he did on a consistent basis… He was so fun to watch. He was always around the ball

Nah. His natural abilities cause him to over penetrate all the time and in turn be kinda a liability against the run.

He’s great and got his ring, but he’s also over rated because of being a freak athlete.

Ronnie Lott should be $5.
