This coming week-end, the F-1 Series moves to Bacelonia, Spain for the Pirelli Grand Prix of Spain. Ferrari is still leading RB and the Mercs promises to get their cars up-to-speed for this race. Should be fun and we shall see if the Mercs make any in-roads in the fight between Ferrari and Red Bull.

The word is Ferrari will def be bringing upgrades to Spain for this weekend's GP.

FP-1 has LeClerc, Sainz of the Ferraris, 1-2, Verstappen third, and Russell of the Mercs fourth. Mercedes was rumored to have brought upgrades to the Spanish GP but so far (and they may be sandbagging here) little has changed in speed or performance at least in practice.

FP-1 was all Ferrari as LeClerc and Sainz take 1-2 followed by Verstappen and the Merc of Russell. Alonso comes in 5th.

Interesting P2. Your boy George was 3 10ths down until his soft run when he pipped Lewis by 8 100ths.

MB maybe not dead yet. The 3 main guys were smiling afterwards.

Wow, Sainz being shown the ropes at his supposed hometown track. Russell is hammering it but he did this a couple of weeks ago. Did real well in practice and then finished 5th in the race. Same thing with Hamilton who finished 7th in the race. Verstappen lurks.

New(ish) rule where teams need to get jr drivers into some of the free practices throughout the year. All the normal names will be racing.

Ferraris definitely have the most speed in flying laps. Can they maintain tires for the race?

Merc looks considerably better, but still suits George better at the moment. Red Bull long run pace is strong, but the gremlins may be poking their head out again as Dutchie lost power in the final Q session.

When Michael raced, his brother Ralf did too, so they differentiated them as MSC and RSC.

F1 is letting Mick use MSC as a tribute to his father.
