Assuming three 1st round pick possibilities.

My preference though if Gurley and Gordon are gone? Trade down. Reaching for need (don't really trust any rookie to contribute right away @ 27 with so many defensive needs), versus increasing your chances of hitting on starters with more early picks in this deep draft, is something that can't really be overlooked by this team imo.

Wow, just received info that DA declines to files charges against Randle. Does this change draft RB needs and where he now stands with team??

No. He is just one of many guys at this point that will be fighting for carries. Plus while the NFL will obviously take into account what happens in the legal system, they don't necessarily follow what the legal system does.
