Remember, the game was against the Vaunted Oakland Raiders Defense. He had two memorable catches in the third quarter. Back to back on consecutive plays, one for 17 yards and one for 30. On the third play, Kupp got the 20 yard TD. Cooks didn't score.

Through 10 games Dorsett is 25 of 35 for a 71% average. I can remember when Brady could go through his reads on 5 receivers and blindly go back to one of them without looking. Now he seems to track 1 or 2 - maybe 3 if he has 5 seconds.....

I'm watching game 5. Dorsett is being used as a blocker. He is in for a lot of snaps and it's Block, block, block, decoy.
He was being used effectively. 32 seconds before the half, he was thrown a pass. It was an exceptional pattern and 16 yard catch. Then he was pulled from the game. Patriots dinked and dunked for 3 yards at a time to close the half.

Dorsett looked visibly upset for being pulled from the game. Second half he is a blocker again. A 5"10" blocker with world class speed and good hands. Gordon is getting the work in 2nd half.

I continued to watch the game and it looked like they were determined to get Edelman some action.
Why no determination to get Dorsett some action?
He finished 3 of 3. He blocked numerous times and chipped in as decoy. He has to be frustrated.....

I am hoping he is resigned and better utilized in the coming years. Since week 4 he has caught every ball thrown his way.
Bill traded a promising QB for him, so... hoping he develops into the next Dieon Branch or Troy Brown for the Pats.

Yes, he had a few PI on him that were not called.

Not to mention tho offensive PI that was called.
