I totally agree, jvett. Offer Utley and Ruiz coaching positions. They are both beginning to be an embarrassment and they were way too good in the past to have them go through this.

Probably not, retro, since he hasn't shown that in a few years, it seems like. It's easy to doubt whether brown will ever make it is the big leagues.

JP Crawford is raking in Reading. It would be great if he could keep moving up and we would at least have him and Franco to watch next year

I agree, jvett. Brown is too inconsistent. That is what they brought Franco up for. Revere gets hot and then fades. Ruf, they jerked him around too much. Maybe Hernandez? Maybe?

Hernandez has been better than expected this year. His batting average isn't impressive but he leads the team in walks and is 2nd in OBP to Franco (not that there is much competition for that on this team).
