Francoeur once again demonstrated just how worthless this guy is. Misjudged the fly ball leads to a 2-run RBI and the Braves lead 8-1. Another RBI and it is 9-1.

The reason Rupp has taken over catching duties is because Ruiz has been missing throws to get stealing runners out at second and Rupp has been nailing them.

If they'd quit jerking Ruf around and play him more often, he might do the same thing to Howard that Rupp has done to Ruiz.

Ruf is trying too hard because they don't play him enough and this puts pressure on him to do well when he does get to play. So he over-thinks things and he is now swinging wildly. Braindead's messing with him has basically destroyed a promising player's career.
