I mixed some tuna with mayo and a little too much pepper. Put some pickles on top if it and piled it on some whole grain bread.....ate 2 good sized sammiches.

Next time, I might mix the tuna with some guac and make it even healthier.
If you wanna make it healthy, switch out the mayo for plain greek yogurt

Not a fan of greek yogurt.....used a little mayo.....that was the worst ingredient.

Guac is good for you. That might be a decent switch out.

Not a fan of greek yogurt normally but I got some just as a sub for mayo. It was good, but I think I might try Guac next time. I think brown mustard might work too.

Well, we squeaked-out the win despite Romano destroying a really good pitching outing by Luzardo who pitched a shut-out until that cheese-dick came to the mound!

The last really good Closer we've had was indeed Brad Lidge. We just went through, what 6-7 years of Alvarado who has gotten better but used to be just horrible. Papelbon wasn't too bad but he wasn't a Lidge.

Mustard would be weird IMO but I guess it could work.

I add mustard (either regular or spicy brown works for me) to my tuna and mayo
Just as an addition not a substitute

Not too much since mustard is a strong flavor and can quickly take over if not careful

Great game. Reminds me of the time the Phillies rolled into LA when Fernando Valenzuela was 8-0 and Marty Bystrom shut them down and gave Fernando his first loss.

Sorry to roll out a 40 year old reference, but speaking of pitching the Phillies staff has to be near the best in baseball. Especially if Painter becomes big league ready.
