No, numbers wise he was pretty good(even though a lot of it came when they were down by a lot) - the special teams, offensive line and defense were horrendous - something that was a concern coming in for the Broncos

Problem was that Peyton really did cause most of the hole they fell into. He was just really bad once they forced him to move a little. Second half he got better, but the first half decisions were so damaging.

It took him 10 years but he got to the dance a second time. not bad. He should end up ahead of Marino as greatest qb ratings

Agreed and Manning didn't play lights out like he has all year but it looked like a lot of the Broncos offense wasn't anywhere near ready for Seattles defense. D. Thomas was the only guy that played pretty well on that unit. The line wasn't good and the TE and other receivers were completely shut down.

As for the defense, yes they stopped the run game well but that secondary is not very good, to say the least and did they forget how to tackle?

No way is this a "choke" by Manning, imo. He is too easy of a target when the Seahawks dominated every aspect of this game.
