No big shocker really. The concussion protocol is more intense now then in the past....doctors won't clear him to play. He only played in two games anyway....hard to say what impact he would have made even if he was cleared.

Each time we played against that guy he find ways to impact the game in such a big way causing us to lose. A lot of people must not be familiarized with Harvin/9ers history.

Meh, now they'll just use it as an excuse when we beat them. Harvin is most dangerous in space as a return guy and no way they would have used him there anyway. Obviously he is one less weapon to worry about, but Tate can be just as dynamic. If we are going to win it's going to be because Aldon is planting Russell's face in the turf and Kaep not turning the ball the ball over. Harvin would have made little difference in those facets anyway.
