Damn you beat me to it.

I didn't see this kid signing with us but so glad to get more o-line help. I guess NOBODY cant be considered committing to PSU with this awesome staff.

Once again, enjoy the ride. This is what I expected when JFF took the job. With our resources, we will be back in the very elite level again sooner than later.

I was Pissed at L'OB, but am now sooooooooo happy he did what he did to hold it together and he couldn't have left at a better time

He has done that several times already. OSU is taking notice and know there is some real competition in conference now. Sleeping Giant is waking up and its gonna be angry when back at full strength.

I mean I know he's gotten some guys that Urban was after, but to steal a guy that was considered an Ohio State lean right from under his nose, I can't recall anything like that yet.

I always worry about commitments when they are complete 180s that occur right on he weekend so I'll keep my fingered crossed. OSU/PSU recruiting battles should be amongst the best In the country this year and beyond.

A Jordan Whitehead commit today can turn a good day into a great day.

:agree: ... thank you Houston Texans. If JFF gets it done on the field as well as recruiting HOLY CRAP!!! We're back!!!

Good to see some more Big Uglies coming on board. Love good skill players but this game needs to be dominated at the line of scrimmage so the fast guys can do their thing.

I'm curious to hear some quotes from him after his visit. Wouldn't be surprised to see him go home, discuss it, then commit or come back for Blue-white game and pull trigger. Really just seems like a matter of time for him and Jenkins.

Tweet just went out. Assuming it's Irwin Charles.

Edit: Pry also tweeted so it's actually Manny Bowen I believe, nice get he's been blowing up lately, has offers from all the big boys down south.

Wow I was wrong, another one out of left field. Josh Barajas has commited to PSU. I thought he might have been a Notre Dame lean. Franklin is amazing.

4 star LB Barajas committed today. Like I have stated and everyone keeps saying Franklin will land anyone and no can be considered a lean towards another school anymore.

Now the question becomes, does this close the door on Darrin Kirkland?

Would there be room for Baker there as well?

Unless he commits soon, no.

That said, I didn't think we had any shot in hell with Barajas, so I'll gladly take him in place of Baker (would still love both).

I hadn't watched Barajas film since I thought he was 100% ND, but damn its impressive. This kid is a special player, great instincts, closing speed and hits like a truck

Maybe you're right, but if a top tier talent like Baker wants to get on board, I think Franklin finds room somewhere.
