As fans this Samuel things is frustrating . Why can’t we get an actual medical team that works ?

I'm not sure that it's the medical team, in fact given a choice, I'd venture to say that against the very best medical advice the patient can reject the advice and subsequent care.

I think he is done as a viable franchise qb and is the modern day vinny testaverde. The guy sitting on the couch when an NFL team is desperate for anyone who can take a snap . I think he can’t throw anymore

I agree, and wish that Rivera would have said so, albeit, a lot more tactfully than I've expressed in my recharacterization. People have a sense when another is BS'ing them! Cam knows expressly that Rivera doesn't want him playing for a team that he's heading, subsequently, it comes off as disingenuous when leaning on "it's business."

Cam won’t get all the reps. He’ll just do zone reads and goal line I’d assume

Depends on who you ask. I was not onboard with acquiring him. For two games he made me look bad but McCaffrey got hurt and he became Sam again.
