On Scott Turner...
He seems to be saying exactly what many have also said about being inflexible. All talent comes in different ways, even if you draft for particular players that seem to fit your scheme. If you aren't flexible enough to adjust to your talent, you are behind the curve. He does make the point that they are "all doing the same things" and that their success rate isn't matching that of Norv Turner. Perhaps that's because the more instinctive talent that Norv had in Dallas made his system work and not that his system works just plug in the talent regardless of those instinctive abilities.
