On the one hand, steve Smith would know a fair amount just by virtue of his experience as a former fantastic nf wr.

On the other hand, the only coach that I’ve ever seen in my lifetime to be a master of multiple different schemes on offense or defense is Bill Bellicheck. That’s it.

He ran no scheme, then tight end heavy schemes, then five wide schemes with randy moss and wes welker, then all small quick wr schemes with welker, edelmann, amendola, then run heavy schemes with corey dillon, etc etc etc.

Bill Walsh ran one scheme. So did Turner. So did Mike Martz. The problem isnt runninng one scheme. It’s running one scheme really really well.

Logan Paulsen and Baldy have credited Turner with good schemes. He isn't going to make anyone forget Andy Reid but look at the players he is coaching.

If the team wanted an offensive genius they should have kept Kyle Shanahan but I am pretty sure Kyle a little Richard and I am not talking musician.
