The hell are you talking about? We were a top 5 run defense last year.. we allowed < 4 YPC last year... YPC is all that matters by the way. If we are losing so bad teams are just going to run the ball that doesn't matter.

I've said it before Flyer... I blame 3 things.. 1) the scheme - 2-4-5 is absolutely ridiculous with the DL that we have, the 3-4 is even more ridiculous, 2) BARTON - he does not belong on the field on any sort of run situation, 3) Taylor - does not belong on the field at all during a run situation.

Yet Captain fuckhead Hurtt keeps marching out Barton/Taylor on run downs and using stupid ass 2-4-5 schemes on run downs... the fuck is that guy seriously right in the head?

Our defensive line sucks.

But even if you want to use rushing yards per game allowed, we went from 16th to 31st before accounting for this game.

It’s extremely frustrating, we were giving up 10 yards a run for that stretch, no excuse for that ever …

Opponents have run it 30 times in each of the last 4 games. 40 in 3 of those. Run D is just bad.
