I agree with you that a person’s own happiness is contingent on being comfortable with where you live.

But nobody is forcing you to live in what you view as hell on earth. I would assume that those “tards” who do live there are happy with their lives.

And Russian tail isn't going to help with recruiting. Taking kids on a visit to the local beaches will. It's a selling point for a potential head coach.

What kind of person would live in a place where they're penalized for not having health insurance yet they are forced to foot the bill for the health insurance for illegal aliens.
