When I started watching, I was shocked that UCLA had attempted 40 FT's. That means Washington is either committing murder on the basketball court or the officials are calling a ridiculously tight ball game.

I watched the hole thing. The officiating was crap. Even though UCLA has taken more it's helped UW because they can't hit an outside shot to save their lives.

Hell of a game... Huge win for a young Washington squad. UCLA's conference road woes continuing?

USC vs. Washington should be a really fun game between young squads on Sunday. UCLA looking to bounce back against Washington State.

Really fun opening night in PAC 12 play! Should probably mention that CAL looked good tonight too.

Wild first weekend in the Pac! Crazy to see UCLA and Utah both lose right off the bat.

Hurley seemed like he only got tossed to put on a show for the fans to fire them up for his tenure during the "rivalry".

I'm absolutely sickened by USC's loss. Dominated the game for 30 minutes and then absolutely collapsed after Jacobs got hurt and didn't return. Horrible loss with a big chance to start with a road sweep. Now it's not a killer but that ASU game on Thursday is looking like must win for us with Arizona, UCLA, Oregon, and Oregon State the next 4 games after that. Fucking huge blown chance. God damnit.

And let's all pray that Julian Jacobs can return to the court soon because he's a real difference maker that we must have to have a chance to get into the tournament. Damnit again.

Probably. The Pac12's mid-tier teams look like they will beat up on each other quite a bit though. I'm just trolling FORK looking to get a reaction from him after all the shit talking he did prior to the game.

Anyone else think that Hurley did nothing more than recognize that he could be the martyr for this game? ASU is down 2 possessions with a minute left. They were coming back but anything more than about 2 possessions under a minute is significantly more difficult. He starts dancing, gets booted, and tries to get the fans hyped on his way out.

They lose (which was almost certain with the foul called that led to the T), but he fires up the crowd to put more asses in the seats, give AZ the finger, and tell his team that the loss is on him, and that they played well enough to win.

I bet they ate that shit up. Kind of like what Boeheim did against Duke a couple years ago.
