Pigs must be flying, I have to agree with fork on something. Arizona had a pretty weak OOC and I don't like that at all.
Now I'm trying to decide which I dislike the most, agreeing with the fork or our weak OOC.

Sorry gang, Colorado let the conference down. They had SMU, just couldn't finish down the stretch. Missed FTs and some odd lineups, defensive strategies and just lack of experience in tight games cost them. CU has 2 losses this year, both to top 20 teams and both close games. Not sure if where they will fall in the Pac pecking order, but they are a much better team than last year.

No worries. CU had a good non-con season. Both of their losses are good losses, and they won all the rest. Nice consistency, and Tad getting them back up from last season. Pac is looking strong this year, and the non-con really helped us take that strength for getting more teams into March, and better prep for March during the conference season.

All of that being said, it's time for Pac basketball, and therefore; fuck CU!

Great conference opening win for USC, 90-77. Yes it was Washington State, but I don't consider any game a gimme in conference, especially on the road.

Next up in Seattle with a chance to start with a road sweep of the Washington schools. Would be an amazing start for even the most optimistic of USC fans.

My only concern right now is Julian Jacobs' ankle, he left at the end of tonight's game looking like he re aggravated his ankle that caused him to miss some action in December. Praying he's going to be able to get through this problem.
