Fuuuuuuuuuuuuucking too inconsistent

1st half our undersized front line killed us; Arizona was abusing us on 2nd chance points and hitting shots.

I was happy with our effort in the 2nd half, defense was much better and started hitting shots we usually make. But that dry spell where we didn't hit a shot for 7 minutes was amazingly bad. I figured we would lose but at least we kept it competitive. I'm not for moral victories but honestly probably shouldn't complain as this season has gone better than expected.

Man 4 road losses in a row is a bad look though. Gotta take care of business at home next week.

Boatwright is going to be a very good player next season. He already is but as he gains more muscle and experience he's going to be legit.

Yeah, he's a unique player with his size and shooting ability. But he's a typical Freshman, Friday he fouled out with 0 points and tonight he puts up 18. Excited for his and Metu's development, both look to be future NBA guys if they keep progressing.

It could be worse. Cal is 16-0 at home and 1-6 on the road.

Don't get me wrong, I understand the sentiment, as both LA schools are 3-5 on the road.

Near winning out, if not that, will be critical for me Bruins to make the dance without taking the PAC tourney. Because the Bruins have some quality wins, I think they can suffer a loss, maybe two if they get 1 or 2 back in the tourney to get us to 20 as long as those 1 or 2 losses are not to Cal on the road or Oregon at home.

I think SC is in a similar state, even with 4 more wins.

With Bolden inserted into the lineup, UCLA is a much better team, so I'll hang on to some hope.

Congrats to Arizona. Played a great game. Thought we might be able to steal the game when we pulled to within 2 in the 2nd half. But, the Wildcats hit several big shots and that was the ballgame. Good learning experience for the team though. They haven't played in many places that are as loud as Arizona.

Yeah, fun to see where they stack up this week. SC wins both at home this week and they are back at #3, but with the top seven teams all within 2 games of each other a lot of teams can say that or better.

Winning on the road is basically a lost cause for everybody in the conference. I think only Arizona has a winning road conference record.

And SC should be basically a lock right now as long as we don't lose out or lose 5/6.
