Meathead maybe? 2 of the Top 6 leaders of the Civil Rights movement were UMners, and that is not including the politicians, most of the leading ones of whom were UMn grads, this escapes you, because all you care about is cfb, right? As for Omar? Well, I hope you are wrong. But if not, well, she does more good than bad, in that she EXPOSES the left for what they are. So her being in congress benefits the right more than it could ever hurt as she has no real influence or pull in congress.

And I'm not cracked, if you want UMn to become a destination school, it will NEVER happen if all the fans believe as you do. Maybe you are just trying to be a realist so that you are not disappointed or something, but I'd much rather dream and hope and end up disappointed than to be a "realistic". I've dreamt and been disappointed before, and it hurt, but the joy and all the positives that come along with being hopeful and having your hopes come true, are beyond compare!!!

I was one of the few at Gopherhole that predicted the 10-2 regular season. I won a ton of money believing in the Gophers this year. My cfb watching co-workers hate me right now because I got their goat and their money this season. lol

That’s a great selling point for your regular student body, not to an elite football recruit
