Definitely one of my all time favorite shark players. I wish this team (or freakin any one of them) had half the toughness and determination that Nolan brought. No excuses, no pampering, no taking shit. Skate hard. Hit hard. Period. Every night.

OK the standing Ovation for Nolan is making me well up a little lol

Wish I could see it but CSN-BA channel is blacked out on NHL Center Ice since the game is on VS/NBC... and VS was showing the exciting end of the Boston/Buffalo game until 7:20PM before they switched to the Sharks game. Fucking jackasses.

I was at the game tonight and it was probably the most emotional I have ever got a hockey game. You could feel the love from all of the Sharks fans and you could feel it from Owen as well. Wonderful send off for a wonderful player who had a wonderful career. Hope to see Owen working with the Sharks sometime in the future.
