Wisconsin's ranking includes an "uncertainty discount" at the moment (as it should).

If they return to 2010-2011 form for the first few games of the season, or even close, they'll jump 7-8 spots on the rankings by the time conference play starts. But it's anyone's guess right now with a brand new coaching staff.

I resemble that remark. LOL !! In my case, I'd have said OR St was overrated if ranked in the top 10 but after finishing last season ranked 13th, and returning nearly everyone, I'm seeing all the SEC teams put back up top and my Beavers dropped to 25th. Even if OR St goes totally undefeated, there's so many overrated teams above them, there's virtually NO chance to break the top 5 and get to a NCG. If the Beavs were ranked preseason in the top 15 where I think they should be, they'd at least have a chance.
