When? That board went through 3 different formats after I joined in 2000. The last "robust" change is really what did that board in, and then ESPN just killed it and made everything accessible through Facebook only.

The SportsHoopla has many ways to navigate, there is also the Forum Jump option located at the bottom of each thread page.

That's how I navigate when I'm on my phone or tablet, makes things much easier.

Let's see, the first major change was in 2003, then a minor adjustment in 2005 I believe and then the great "robust" of 2011...if it had the nested quotes that became tinier with each new quote it would have been after 2005. If it looked like something that belonged on a cell phone that was the "robust" format.

They are excellent posters with great football IQ, but they hit hard in that thread since it is the 'allowed' smack area. You are quite right, anyone not sporting a star, with a hint of disrespect gets the slam treatment. In their defense, they have been trolled hard at times. It is what it is. And it is their board to create in the way they want. And your right to want a looser environment for discussion. This seems like a good resolution to keep all happy.
