I do it different ways, depending on what I'm in the mood for. Most of the time I just use a basic flour, butter and black pepper batter and deep fry em. I like them blackened but I'm not the best in the world at blackening them, so I usually let my buddy Ben handle them when we have them blackened.

Pretty solid day of fishing. 9 channel cats all filleted and in the freezer. Also caught and released several red eyed bass with a Rooster Tail while I was waiting for the cats to take the bait.

I don't play as regularly as I once did. I've had a few big cash game wins this year, but I've yet to cash at a tournament. Cash games are where the real money is at, but I enjoy tournament play more. Everyone is more relaxed and not so uptight and nobody will get mad if you have a conversation with someone else at the table.
