Yes. I don't know why. I know it is for A's games. I assume its the same for Raiders' games

I wondered to myself before that FG, "I wonder if this gets blocked because of the dirt." Then I realized they weren't on the dirt section for the FG. Two seconds later, blocked FG. However, SD recovered the block and was able to pick it up and advance it for the first down. That almost never happens.
