never mind there is no fix for the CD. I just returned it. too bad awesome game. Ill have to try download

i got into a pretty good argument with the EB Games staff member about it. she totally didnt believe me that it was an issue. she said noone that bought it brought it back and complained. I told her just because they are lazy or stupid doesnt me I have to be. look it up online you will see thousands of people complaining about it and no fix.

so she gave me trade in and I got dead space 3 used.

Ill try the download of the walking dead.

That's better than what you usually get out of them. I think the same company owns GameStop around here, and you're generally lucky if you can get anything out of them unless the disc itself is scratched or broken.

so I have played 1 hour of dead space 3. this game is entirely different from the first 2. its more shooter than anything. its ok but doesnt have that same feel yet to the first 2. its kinda meh

Dead Space 3 is fucking boring . I mean BORING.... good grief what a waste of money.

Picked up MLB 2k11, Borderlands 2 and Mass Effect 3 the other day.

Thoughts:

- The MLB 2k series is too hard for me. I'm a casual fan and an even more casual baseball game fan.

- Borderlands 2 is impossible to play for only 2 hours.

- Mass Effect 3 is what I expected, a lifestyle. A great installment on one of my favorite franchises.

MLB:The Show is too hard for me until I move the batting sliders down. Some of the changes in speed from pitchers can have me swinging at nothing all night. The few times I have played a human, they can throw fast balls outside and I swing every time. Everything else is fine in the game, but batting I suck at year after year.

Borderlands 2 is fun fun fun.

I have Mass Effect 3 but haven't started it. I know once I do there goes my free time for a while.

For ME3, you can jump right in. You would be doing a disservice to yourself by the skipping the first two though. They're all still amazing games. I replay the series every 9-12 months.
