Michael Dunahee disappeared from a Victoria playground 25 years ago today
25 years ... wow ... the bold ... just horrible
Crystal Dunahee can’t help reliving the moment she last saw her four-year-old son Michael — it replays “over and over again” in her mind, ever since he vanished without a trace 25 years ago from a Victoria elementary school playground.
she recalls the motherly instinct she felt that day, that “something wasn’t quite right.”
“You’re supposed to trust those gut feelings,” she said. "I just pushed it aside. It’s one thing I keep playing over and over again: ‘What if?’
“Things could have played out a lot differently if I had listened to my gut feeling.”

I have to find a new place to live in Burnaby as my landlady has sold her condo (I have to be out at the end of May). I don't know how much she sold it for, but I bet it was north of 400 grand (and the condo is a tiny one bedroom that is under 700 sq. feet).
I paid about 400 for a condo (it's technically a TH but it's 1 floor with 2 bdrms) at about 800 sf+- new build back in 2013. Took possession in December. The same unit in the same development sold last month for just shy of half a shmill.I have to find a new place to live in Burnaby as my landlady has sold her condo (I have to be out at the end of May).
