Nanaimo seems to be in the news a lot for such a small community. I caught the ferry there once and even though I guess I was only down by the waterfront it seemed pretty nice to me. Is it really that rough?

It has a lot of homeless. I was accosted in the pool parking lot one time over nothing that I knew. The guy was just a whack job but he had something against me. I don’t think he liked my Audi. That’s what it was.
