my favourite part is if you pre own a plot and sell it back to the cemetery they will only buy it back at the value of which is was purchased at.. .so if you paid $2500 thats all you get and they charge $38K

I served a wonderful italian family who lost their grandfather. he was buried at Mountainview (city owned on fraser) back in the 70s he bought 25 plots at $250 each... they are all worth $30K now.

circling this back to kids ... theres a 22 year old who works in material handling where my wife works and she overheard him talking to someone else about how he was sucked into buying a burial plot and is getting killed by the loan payments ... what the actual fuck ??? SHOULDA BOUGHT AN IPHONE 15 KID!!!!
