Its been standard operating procedure for a few years now. Have seen it at greek days and italian days. They also had the garbage truck barriers at a giro di burnaby bike race and there was a wipeout and one of the cyclists almost flipped over the hay bales and into one of the truck tires

Yeah, it’s fucking disgusting. Insane that this is a thing this day and age and it deserves every bit of scrutiny it’s getting.

But this was always going to be the result of more and more segregationist actions with regards to schools and universities. If you’re excluding anybody based on race you’re being racist, and that gives more hardened racists more ammunition to spread their bullshit.

I also see postings for housing rentals all the time on Reddit where the ad says “Gujarati/Punjabi only” and they are reported because that’s illegal as hell. I do wonder how often the RCMP get involved with those and file charges against landlords. Those instances are far more common than this poster, are incredibly racist and I don’t recall many news stories or Twitter grifter posts about those.
