Victoria is quite the place where if you don't have a ferry reservation you face 11 hour waits at Swartz Bay and there doesn't even have to be an accident on the Malahat to have long delays on the only road out of and into the BC capital.

Step 1: allow the population to grow at an astronomical rate while not doing jack shit to expand the infrastructure, maintaining your small town charm and vibe.

Step 2: make like miserable for everybody.

Step 3: blame Trudeau.

It was already bad 15 years ago when I moved out to the island and diddly squat has been done to make things better in that time.

We have the Wish version of HA'S in this town -- The Devils Army. They mostly go unnoticed, other than running the strip bar that I haven't frequented in close to two decades now. One of my bosses rides with them.
