Im 99% sure this keeps happening because people started leaving targets for the truckers. Overpasses get hit and the scallywags remove the targets … yep thats it!!!

yah I walked out the house to go into the office this morning and its never a good sign when you hear a low flying helicopter in your neighbourhood.

I just drove by the area and Hastings is still closed and the truck/cars are still there.

There is dashcam video floating around on whatsap from the car that was behind the Supra that was trying to turn left (on a green left turn signal) onto Willingdon from Hastings westbound. The truck ran a red at massive speed. and blew by a cop that was stopped at the intersection.

In 2017 the company I work for ordered a weight scale for one of their dryland sorts by Harrison lake. They were transporting it on a flat deck just like these guys and sure as shit, it got wedged under an overpass in and around Vancouver. Dumb Fuckery knows no bounds.

This crash happened in burnaby yesterday pm as well. At kensington you can only go left or right onto canada way. This person went straight through into the old deer lake rock wall at top speed. Medical emergency maybe?

Victoria is quite the place where if you don't have a ferry reservation you face 11 hour waits at Swartz Bay and there doesn't even have to be an accident on the Malahat to have long delays on the only road out of and into the BC capital.
