Victim of bullying a fair amount growing up.

Spent time in the "best integrated school" in Ottawa. Living hell. Daily teasing and bullying by the same group of kids.

Moved back home for grade 7. Apated a "keep quiet and no one will notice you" mentality. It worked out for me.

Went to Jr. High. Again almost daily teasing by the same group of kids. Using my lack of "popular terms" against me.

Changed schools in Senior high, supposed to go to Belmont but transferred to Reynolds, and went back to the Grade 7 train if thought.

Never gone back.

What bothered me alot about Ottawa was it wasn't just me it was all of the Disability students that were targets.

you gotta think that some of those houses are still there

Don't think it goes west of Granville and other than a few here and there (ie: Richards and Helmcken) there aren't many houses left east of Burrard.

Couple comments on the youtube page note the locations and video times. At 2:29 it's Granville just before Georgia heading north, the red brick building at the corner's gone but the white brick south of it is Vancouver Block. I was in there this morning to get something engraved, I looked at the elevators for some reason and asked myself how hard it must've been getting these things in on a 120 year old building. Funny seeing it here now.

The building at the top of Granville at 3:49 looks cool.

I always think that when I see these old tour videos. Any young boys in the video were probably in Europe fighting a decade later.

I take my dog out everyday and if I miss a day he usually sits at the front door right after we wake up and i feed him .. today he went straight back to bed not caring that I was going and not taking him

Suspect charged in connection with fatal Surrey bus stabbing of teen Ethan Bespflug - BC | Globalnews.ca

Bespflug was on his way home on April 11 when an altercation took place on the bus. He was killed on board at 100th Avenue and Kind George Boulevard around 9:30 p.m.

Drove by a CP Rail yard this morning and noticed the signs had all been changed to CPKC. Didn't know the KC Southern purchase meant they would be changing their name.

Kinda sad.
