Personal anecdote here;
Mrs 43 has a cousin who is white and was married to a black woman for about five years. It ended ugly for him, and he's been single for a while. He just posted a photo on facebook with the note that he's met someone, who happens to be white, and that they've been seeing each other for a few months. Good news for him.

But what makes this cool is that he's gotten a ton of comments and likes obviously. About five minutes ago he just said: "And for the record, the saying is wrong. I am proof you can go back".

Struck me as fucking hilarious.

I was up at six am with my daughter and saw it for the first time. White and gold for sure. Thought it was an internet hoax until I read up a bit and realized some people were legitimately seeing blue and black.

Took a nap and now I only see blue and black. Mind blown.

It's cones in the eye, something along those lines. I think once you see blue/black it's hard to see anything else, because I've seen plenty of people go from white/gold TO blue/black, but not many the other way around. I dunno, seems obvious to me. Guess I have good cones.

I never saw any white whatsoever. What I see as brown could be construed as gold, however.
