no worries. to embed you tube you just need to add the extension at the end of a youtube link example

click on the youtube button top right of the menu of the advanced posting option [YOUTUBE][/YOUTUBE] in the middle of those tags you would enter the actual embed id as seen below you would enter the MCUnWIs88CQ after the = symbol

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MCUnWIs88CQ

so it would look like this

[YOUTUBE ] MCUnWIs88CQ [ /YOUTUBE]

but there would be NO space before the M and after the Q and no space after the E in the first YOUTUBE and in front of the / of the closing YOUTUBE I had to do it that way to show it otherwise it creates an error

and you would get
