If you don't know who Mitch Korn is, here's a list of his students:
Dominik Hasek
Pekka Rinne
Chris Mason
Anders Lindback
Tomas Vokoun
Martin Biron
Grant Fuhr
Dan Ellis
Ty Conklin

Man, imagine the stories he can tell working with that lot. I mean, goalies are a little crazy to start with.

Random Fact: Over the past 4 seasons, Rick DiPietro has made $170,623.51 more per game played in his sport than Alex Rodriguez

Wait, I thought the NHL had a minimum salary of $550,000?

Oh, you said MORE per game...

Let's hope that the whole funeral process was rapid. I think his name was Eddy?

From the start, life is always a downstream journey.

ND was the last team to beat UCLA and OU when they started their historic win streaks, and the teams to end them. :cool2:

On January 19, 1974, the UCLA Bruins lost a basketball game to the Notre Dame Fighting Irish, 71–70. It ended a streak of 88 consecutive victories, which coincidentally began after losing to Notre Dame almost three years earlier on January 19, 1971. The streak encompassed 88 games, an NCAA division I basketball record eclipsing the 60 game streak of San Francisco in 1956.

Oklahoma holds the NCAA record for most consecutive wins by a major college program at 47-straight. The streak spanned five seasons from 1953-57. OU lost to Notre Dame, 28-21, in the 1953 season opener .
On Nov. 9, 1957, in Columbia, Mo., Oklahoma won its 47th-consecutive game with a 39-14 victory against the Missouri Tigers. The streak came to an end on Nov. 16, 1957, when the Notre Dame Fighting Irish claimed a 7-0 victory at Owen Field in Norman.

Yeah, I'd hang onto ND if I were you. They are looking really solid this year. The Hoosiers... not so much.

When he slips into the sack with her, he'll have enough to "rollback", I'm sure.

A guy on the CalgaryPuck website is selling Grant Fuhr's goalie skates:
