Oh.
I smoked a pork butt today and pulled it for sandwiches. Nearly 12 hours of smoking over pecan wood, and an hour of prep beforehand. I woke up at six to do it. It was work the effort and the early rising. Perhaps the best food I've ever made. ![Hungry :hungry: :hungry:](/images/smilies2/hungry.gif)
