where is that from?
maybe consider it a freedom of employers to choose the personalities that they wish to employ?
I just found $13 in one of my shirt's pockets.
I posted this here because I found it freaking neat but had no place to post it.

I think that when someone does something universally immoral, unethical, disturbing, or whatever other word you want to throw in there, in his or her private life, it often reflects on what type of character that person has. Character is often reflected in quality of work, be it in the timeliness and quality of the completion of work-related tasks, the interactions of the worker with his or her colleagues, the interactions of the worker with persons outside the company (private or public), or any other factor of work performance. Ergo, when someone does something significantly wrong outside of work, and the company catches wind of it, they can fire the individual on the basis of not living up to the quality of character they want to employ.
Beyond that, anything done online is done in a public forum and therefor is no longer a part of the individual's private life. Public actions reflect upon the company, and so public actions are the company's concern.
Yea... I rush to conclusions too quickly. I have worked over 30 hours in the past 2 days, cut me some slack.
The pic has been making its way around the internet claiming that a shark tank collapsed at the Scientific Center in Kuwait.
It's actually a pic of a flooded subway station in Toronto, with the sharks added.
Here's the original pic.
