Meth as far as I can tell isn't a huge problem in NJ and most or the North East for that matter. I would imagine the NY state numbers are mostly Western NY and the boondocks up near the Canadian border.

I'm actually quite surprised at the low numbers in Washington State, Idaho, Montana etc.
