My favorite one of those was the guy I had convinced that I was the owner of the Baltimore Zoo. We had many mishaps which kept me from sending him his money, but he stayed with it. The worst being when a Tiger ate one of my keepers. I sent him a photoshopped picture of a Tiger with a human arm in it's mouth as "proof".

He responded "That is most unfortunate. I can wait until your affairs are in order".

That one stopped when my secretary informed him that I "disintegrated" in an "electrolysis accident" involving "haggis". I chuckled at the thought of him looking those words up.
