Another zoo, I think the San Diego Zoo, is doing the same thing and pairing cheetah cubs with dogs. In the clip I saw a month or so ago they were walking the pair of them out in the public area of the zoo and one of the zookeepers explained that the dogs are so relaxed and mellow that it rubs off on the cheetahs. Cool idea.
