Glad Daryl figured out what was best for him. Really curious how Merle fits into the series from here on out.

I don't see him making it to next season either, but I'll say at the end he winds up dying to save Daryl in some way.

I agree this was one of the better episodes of the series. Just as everyone was warming up to Axel, did not see that coming and it was awesome. Are Tyrese and his gang coming back or have we seen the last of them?

And as always, they could really use Shane right now.

I was expecting Herschel to get it in the head when he was talking to Rick. I figured with the Governor out on a "run" that he was coming to the prison I was not expecting Axel to get it today. I figured that he was going to keep releasing little pieces of information of his past until it turned out he was a serial killer or rapist. he was on talking dead afterwards and he said that when he was on the call sheet his role was a serial killer that kidnapped one of the girls (beth?) and dragged her through the woods in his audition. he had no idea he would just turn into the axel we saw.

I think we see Tyrese again we have to rick is going to need him bad.

merle will hang around a while he just helped saved Ricks life even though Daryl did most of it (too comic book hero saving?)

how did everyone become bad shots lol.... I guess when you are being shot at you act differently.

so Andrea pulls the town together last episode. they all look at her like wow shes helping more than the governor today we love andrea even that Karen girl.

then boom the next episode and Karen on the wall wouldnt even talk to her after what she did for them. that stuff bugs me more than the shooting issues

I chalked that up to the Governor probably said something to the town to re-establish his position as top dog.

- Ghost-whore is getting pretty tedious. yes, i understand rick's tormented an all, but an apparition can only be used to drive the plot so many times.
- Glenn taking leadership role. I like it.
- Maggie's bein' a tad shall we say ... dramatic?
- junkie's gonna get some?
- the hatchback trick was pretty special
- bro on bro violence. coulda saved some time doin' that at Woodbury. decent story arc though
- junkie's gonna get some? or not. holy shit that startled me.
- and after that, more A-Team level shooting.
- nice way for everyone to come together at the end though

slow start, picked up. good suspense at the end, on a whole bunch of levels.

I was thinking the same thing. Also, The Governor sure wasted a lot of ammunition with his random, showing off style of shooting.

Lol. Good point!

Something Woodbury needs to look into more in general. Always standing on the wall shooting guns instead of using other means to kill the zombies.

I'd find a nice chainsaw myself.

Still though, great episode overall. I really liked the dialogue between Rick and Hershel.
