Stupid. He's obviously not dead and this is stupid.
Gonna re-watch the first season now just to rinse this garbage out of my mouth. Or is that a robot's dick? I can never tell.
Yeah, the trailers all have scenes in which he's still around, including this one:Changed my mind, he's alive. It took 20 seconds to find stills of other scenes he is in that haven't happened yet.
Anyone else think Lolita Davidovich looks pretty good for being in her mid 50s? Anyone else surprised to see Rick Springfield's name in the credits and have to think about who he was in the show?

Also, Rick was the doctor. It took me a second to realize it then I remembered him on Californication and it hit.
I do not hate or completely dislike this season, but so far I do not really like it.
Nor do I.I do not hate or completely dislike this season, but so far I do not really like it.
Used more than one shot = automatic loss.i get the sense I will be questioning whether I like/dislike this season and before i know it its the last episode
chase scene in the hood >>>> chase scene in the homeless camp
Also, the guy you're looking for is burning the car you're looking for at the same time as you're at the place looking for the car? Give me a fucking break that's some CSI bullshit.
and didnt expect the detectives to be questioning the drivers/employees so quickly ... like that same night
Agreed. And now Taylor Kitsch's demon is that he's gay and can't deal with it? That's it? God-awful writing. Right on par with that dumb ass rat story. One thing I've been feeling a bit so far is that in season 1 the show started out as a plot based show, the murder and investigation was the focal point. It turned into a character driven show as we started to learn more about the 2 detectives as a result of their work on the investigation and their interactions with one another.
With this season it seems like they are all about the characters and we're supposed to be interested in them because the show says we're supposed to. The crime itself is secondary to all of their baggage. Why do we care about these characters? What is interesting about Rachel McAdams character? Why should I care that Taylor Kitsch has demons? Focus on the case and then let all of that secondary stuff works it's way up. That's my theory as to why I'm still unsure about this season.
Why should I care that Taylor Kitsch has demons?
what are the chances we hear the word "carcosa" again this season ?
The Yellow King would not have put up with this slow plotted mess.
After 3 episodes last year we had a great Alexandra Daddario nude scene, we had a great 1 take long action scene, and we had Lone Star beers being consumed. This year we have Fred Ward getting weed.
