Vasek will have to go the distance again if he wants to beat Andy Murray...

Darn it, Vasek's run at Wimbledon comes to an end. Nice effort today, but I have to think he was running on fumes combined with an opponent who was playing very well.

BREAKING: Have learned Vasek Pospisil will NOT play Davis Cup next week due to a wrist injury. Dancevic/Peliwo likely Canada's singles team

That sucks if for no other reason than if Canada progresses they'll get Serbia and set up a Djokovic-Raonic match in TO.

It's a grueling schedule on the ATP Tour. I mean, sure these guys have endorsement deals (Nishikori makes more in endorsements than he does playing tennis), but for guys like Pospisil, you gotta make hay when the sun shines.

Well, it will be Joker vs. the winner of Andy Murray and Feds. Either way, Sunday's final should be a gooder.

Feds and Joker Sunday in the final - Sublime tennis from Roger in a straight set win over Andy Murray.

Could only listen to the Federer semifinal on radio but sounds like he was playing some vintage Feds tennis. Hope he can bring it tomorrow, I think we all want to see him add one more to the trophy case and he won't have many more chances...

I watched parts of it and it was staggering how well Feds played. I'd love to see him one or two more (I think he has it in him). I just hope he didn't fire all of his bullets today.

Roger peaked one match too early, but give credit to Joker, he was the better player today.

ATP rankings - Good news, Vasek vaults up 27 spots to #29 (of course, he's got a deep bone bruise in his wrist and will sit out this week's Davis Cup tie against Belgium).

WTA rankings - Genie drops 14 spots to #26.

I think if he doesn't, it all gets turned around and Stan comes out as the bad guy for not being able to deal with some trash talking. Stan is the man while Kyrgios is a clown.

sure initially if Stan waves the douche off and does no handshake post match the fans in attendance (who didnt hear the audio) probably do the ole booing number but I dont think anyone sees what happened as mere trash talking
